Cabana Cantrip

Escaping the daily routine, a a cabin, lodge or chalet provides a retreat and a sense of wellbeing. Since October 2009, seven teams of students from the Köln International School of Design have been sketching, organising, planning and building housing: safe, free, modular, open, close to nature, multicoloured and even floating. With the support of sponsors, these huts will be implemented at full scale and will be exhibited on the »architect @ work« trade fair in Rotterdam and Düsseldorf.
